Avoid if possible. We were looking for someone to come out due to our heater not working. They were able to come out that day which we were happy about. Tech showed up, opened the panel and wiped off the flame sensor and put it back. After checking the rest of the unit, he noticed that one of the limit sensors wasn't working properly. This was late afternoon on a Friday, so he said he wouldn't be able to get the part until Monday but that the heater should work until then. He said the part was around $50 and the service call would be $120. Come Monday, I don't get a call or and the tech doesn't show up. I waited another few days and nothing. Next thing I know, I get a call a week later saying that the tech can come out and clean the coils (Was never discussed) and replace the limit sensor and that it would be almost $800. I explain that I just want the sensor replaced. She says she'll call me back, but never does. The next week I get an invoice for $252 for service call and replacing the limit sensor and cleaning the furnace. $120 for the service call and $115 for "materials". Neither the cleaning of the furnace or replacement of the limit sensor took place. I called them to refute the invoice and the same person said they would have to call the tech and then call me back. Guess what? Didn't call me back again. Today I receive a new invoice for $128 just for the service call and still stating that the furnace was cleaned. Needless to say, I will be looking for a more professionally run business for my home's HVAC needs.

Richard and his crew were personable and professional. Pollyanna was great in keeping me informed of the schedule. United installed a complete central air system with a 98% furnace and a 16 SEER condenser. They also installed my propane piping. This is a home I am building myself and they were great in this endeavor. And the price was just right!

My sister is using this company through her home warranty and I have heard nothing but great things that I must share. First a big thank you to Miranda for being communicative, understanding, and caring with her about the situation, letting her know any follow up you may have had, Pollyanna being informative about our project and caring. The guys who done her work out side in the cold did it in a timely manner and cleaned up after them selfs very pleased with the company overall

Do not use this company *PLEASE READ AND LOOK THEM UP ON YELP BEFORE BOOKING* They did my switch over this spring and didn't tighten a fixing for the water line all the way. I just found out it's been leaking through my floor where the spigot is and they came out yesterday to fix it. They then had the gall to try and bill me for the visit and said they weren't responsible for the leak when they clearly were. The employee that came to fix it also advised it was their fault. The owner is avoiding my calls/emails and now I have to deal with mold/mildew under my floor. Before you book any service with them, know that they do not handle issues or disputes with integrity and are not to be trusted. *EDIT As you can see, they blamed me for a leak they caused that was under my house. I wouldn't have found the leak at all if it weren't for the mildew smell. What a sad excuse for a business.

United Plumbing recently replaced our entire heating and refrigerated air system. We very much appreciated their friendly, professional service. The crew was efficient and courteous. Our new AC unit and air handler are working beautifully! And we're looking forward to using our new, more efficient heater this winter. It was a pleasure working with every member of this family owned and operated business! We highly recommend them.

Excellent service from Richard and Pollyanna and the staff. I requested service at my elderly parents home and a very kind young man came out he was very courteous and very professional. I’ve always had the best service from United! Keep up the good work you guys! Your the best

Called after hours - for a situation caused by outside contractor- they busted our sewer line. Although they thought they repaired it, our plumbing was overflowing and not draining. United showed up timely and did a fantastic job!! Highly recommend! And the dispatcher was beyond pleasant! Thank you for a job well done!

United plumbing came out and did my furnace and water heater. They we're very professional, they cleaned up and didn't leave any trash behind they did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them for all of your electrical and plumbing needs.
